5.27am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was out of bed before the alarm that was set for 5.30am rang. It had been a fitful sleep last night after going to bed at 12.30am. I was hungry and my stomach was growling, and I was worried I would sleep through the alarm and miss my flight or something. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.55am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M & M dropped me off at Terminal 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I went to print my boarding pass and baggage tag, and the terminal printed only my boarding pass but not the baggage tag. \ud83d\ude12 I tried again, same result. I went to queue at another terminal which finally coughed up my baggage tag. I send my pink luggage off. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.05am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Half the time the self-service immigration booths at the airport will deny me entry. Today was one of that half. I was ushered by an officer to the manual counter where I grinned for the camera and stuck my index fingers on a greasy scanner. The officer gesticulated to my photo on the passport and asked, \u201cThis is you ar?\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ahbohden? I was indignant and mildly offended. Truth is, my passport is only 6 months new. I choose to believe I have looked better since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.10am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hey! How come my counter was at T3 but my gate is at T1?! What garbage is this. I rush to take the skytrain. I\u2019m famished and grumpy after all the events since arriving at the airport. If some unlucky joker chooses to piss me off now Imma gonna snap his\/her head off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.30am <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luckily nobody was unlucky enough. I finally managed to get hold of some food. No time to eat leisurely. Didn\u2019t even get coffee in case it burns my tongue. I shoved my food down and was out in a jiffy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.51am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boarding now! My timing is impeccable. I watch Senna for inflight entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.20am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the scheduled departure time but we\u2019re still on the ground. Apparently there was a lot of traffic. \ud83e\udd37\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2640\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.00am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We finally take off. All that time wasted. At least Senna was proving to be a good show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.05am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s meal service! So glad I had breakfast because it\u2019s already 2.5hrs since! The fried carrot cake was really good. So generous they with the shrimps!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I finished Senna, was sad. Now I watch Ajoomma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why got dog die in the movie?! Now I\u2019m even more sad! I don\u2019t want to watch anymore. I put on some classical piano music and took a nap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.04pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I land! The pilots made up for the lost time! We landed on time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I was leaving the plane I walked past a cabin crew who complimented me on my tshirt. My tee is Super Mario. \ud83e\udd23<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.40pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Went to try my luck with the draw for tourists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I really won! This is crazy! I won NTD$5000 in the value of an Easycard! The biggest prize! How did I get so lucky? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.55pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m on the airport express en route to Taipei. I used my new Easycard for the ride. \ud83d\ude0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
